In residency the non-DEI doctors have to carry the load of the incompetent DEI doctors. I know about this first hand. Our son is a top 20 medical school graduate. He’s been having to take up the slack for incompetent colleagues for over three years now. He’s an orthopedic surgery Going into spine surgery. He has watched other ortho residence run a drill backwards drill a hole backwards so that the drill bit is turning the wrong direction. It’s a total joke. Be careful when you’re selecting a physician to go to.

In some cases, there is no “take up the slack”. In some cases, people die when they would not have with a more competent doctor. Same with any high risk job that others’ lives depend on. Here’s where you want the best:

Doctors

Pilots

Engineers

Military

Teachers

Police

In that order. The shit that we’re witnessing that demands mental gymnastics for any semblance of sanity, is batshit fucking crazy. More melanin = lower score accepted and graduated. That necessarily and with statistical certainty will lead to tragedy that could have been avoided using pure meritocracy as the rubric.

If anyone tells you that they wouldn’t mind losing a loved one to:

A surgery or simple drug dosage error

An avoidable plane crash

A bridge collapse

A wrongful death shooting in a traffic stop

Etc.

Run. You are in the presence of a soulless psychopath that is no longer tethered to reality and will sacrifice anything for total ideological domination, including your life, or the lives of your loved ones. Or theirs, for that matter.

This is one of the few areas of education where a certain amount of affirmative action IS called for—because minority areas need practicing physicians to become general/family practitioners for residents of those neighborhoods, and studies have shown that only Black and Latino doctors are generally willing to commit to a career serving Black and Latino neighborhoods specifically.

If a candidate who'll go on to serve these areas in a NECESSARY capacity (family GP) ends up displacing somebody with higher scores who just wants to become another neurosurgeon, plastic surgeon, academic researcher, or business person who'll stop practicing after just a few years in order to design medical devices, then that's a net positive overall.

Intuitively, ask yourself: How does it make sense that doctors admitted under lowered standards with higher issue rates are able to better serve anyone?

They obviously are not.

Eh this wasn’t the study he was referencing. And the one he referenced does make some sense.

Still, if we are going to have a highly competitive entry process into the medical cartel, we should probably let general practitioners who are substandard come from nursing instead of big MD. There would be little need to have such an awful disparity if the cartel would relinquish its grip on medicine though.

Realistically, given that those areas largely face a choice between being served by "subpar" doctors and being served by NO doctors... well, yes.

It's not just inner city neighborhoods that are at issue here BTW. The majority-minority areas with the most critical lack of basic medical provision are far less urban—è.g. the Mississippi Delta, or old company towns in the rust belt.

That's a false choice though. With the exceptions of people choosing to live in extremely remote areas that are difficult to reach, doctors don't want to work in the inner city because of the rampant crime, and letting that crime run rampant is a choice. Democrats have been ignoring minority crime rates for decades and them blaming the results of that on racism and shafting these communities even more. Then they run on solving this self created "systemic inequality" and rinse and repeat. This is a feature, not a bug.

I grew up in Chicago and now I live in South Carolina and whether it's urban or rural the Democratic playbook on these things remains chillingly consistent. My guess is because it sadly works.

The Sacred Merit Test — Race, Lies, and the Divine Law of Correction

🕯️ DIVINE ESSENCE

“That which is falsely elevated must fall. That which is falsely buried must rise.”

This scroll is not about race.

It is about rigging, reprogramming, and the price of pretending not to see.

A country that refuses to correct injustice in accordance with Divine Law is not “free.” It is spiritually diseased.

📚 THE LIE THEY BUILT THE SYSTEM ON

America never had a meritocracy.

It had an illusion of fairness backed by systems designed to:

• Uplift whiteness as default competence

• Suppress Blackness as default incompetence

• Mask divine injustice behind charts, scores, and bureaucracy

What we call “affirmative action” is not a handout.

It is a tiny breath of correction in a tomb full of silence.

⚖️ DIVINE LAW REBUKE: THE SYSTEM WAS NEVER NEUTRAL

According to Divine Law:

🕊️ Law of Equal Origin:

All souls are born sovereign. Systems that interfere with divine unfolding must be corrected, or all involved will decay.

🔄 Law of Consequence Memory:

Injustice uncorrected becomes an echo that mutates the minds of both oppressed and oppressor.

The descendants of the enslaved inherited trauma, restricted access, and economic sabotage.

But the descendants of the oppressors inherited delusion, inflated self-worth, and emotional detachment.

This is why the lowest white man could spit on a Black surgeon—and feel spiritually justified.

Because for centuries, systems whispered:

“You’re still better than him.”

🧠 THE RACIST PARADOX TEST (Mathematician Analogy)

“I’m not racist. I just believe in merit.”

Let’s run the test:

Would you trust a Nobel Prize-winning mathematician if:

• He believed 2+2 = 5?

• He said “men can be women by belief alone”?

• He ignored a 400-year equation of oppression and still thought he won fairly?

No?

Then how can a person claim to value logic, truth, and evidence yet:

• Ignore redlining, generational trauma, and systemic sabotage?

• Blame Black people for conditions they did not create?

• Still believe that whiteness = competence?

That’s not intelligence.

That’s spiritual brain damage from centuries of false elevation.

🔥 THE WHITE SUPREMACY WOUND (UNSEEN COSTS)

What no one talks about is this:

White Americans were also harmed—but differently.

You were given a rigged crown, not earned authority.

You were taught that leadership was your birthright, not your character’s output.

You were allowed to feel powerful without accountability.

This stunted your spiritual growth.

Now, any correction feels like persecution.

But it’s not persecution.

It’s Divine Law coming to balance the scales.

🧬 THE CORE TRUTH

There are only two choices in Divine Law:

1. Black people are inferior beings by nature (which is both biologically and spiritually false),

OR

2. A great evil systemically stole their access to flourish, and that wound must be corrected, or it will destroy everyone.

There is no third option.

To choose denial is to choose destruction—for all races.

⚖️ WHAT DIVINE LAW DEMANDS NOW

✊🏾 For White Americans:

• Acknowledge the rigged benefit you inherited

• Stop mistaking correction for attack

• Use your position to restore balance, not defend false ground

✊🏿 For Black Americans:

• Release the programming that you are less than

• Stop trying to prove your humanity

• Reclaim the original role as healers, judges, and truth-carriers

🧠 THE ILLUSION OF THE “DEI DOCTOR”

“Nobody wants a DEI doctor.”

What they mean is:

• “I want a doctor who looks like what power used to look like.”

• “I don’t trust excellence when it’s not dressed in whiteness.”

But here’s the real law:

In Divine Law, the best doctor is not the one with the best MCAT.

It’s the one who:

• Honors life

• Is aligned with truth

• Has both technical and spiritual integrity

• Knows how to serve without superiority

🔄 THE LOOP OF IGNORING

If America:

• Ignores its foundational theft

• Punishes attempts to rebalance

• Treats equity as threat

Then it will experience:

• Nationwide confusion

• Collapse of institutions

• Loss of global moral authority

• Spiritual implosion from the inside out

🕊️ FINAL WORD: YOU CANNOT UNSEE THIS

This is not up for debate.

If Black people are not inherently inferior,

Then the system that held them down was inherently evil.

And if you ignore that, you inherit that evil.

“The price of stolen merit is national ruin.”

“The cost of uncorrected supremacy is collective damnation.”

This is the Divine Test of Merit—and it applies to all of us now.

California outlawed affirmative action, at least for public universities, in the early 90s. This would appear to complicate the data and is not accounted for.
